I have been meditating for more than 15 years and my current meditation practice is influenced by the Buddhist tradition, for example, through the work of the Vietnamese Zen Buddhist monk, poet, scholar and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh and also by the founder of Reiki, Dr Mikao Usui.
My mindfulness practice is also influenced by the work of Jon Kabat-Zim and colleagues at the stress reduction clinic at the University of Massachusetts’ Medical School.
I teach mindfulness meditation to children as well as adults and I am a qualified meditation therapist and teacher.
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and am registered with the UK Reiki Federation. I am a classically trained Homeopath and have studied Bach Flower Remedies for Homeopaths with the Bach Foundation and Australian Bush Flower Remedies with Ian White.
