Reiki in Coventry
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a healing technique designed to reduce stress and anxiety and to promote relaxation and peace of mind.
It is a very soothing treatment, which some people describe as having a similar effect to meditation. It is a gentle, yet powerful natural healing system where Reiki energy helps the body heal itself.
The word Reiki is made up of two Japanese words: Rei (pronounced ray) which means Higher Power or Wisdom; and the word Ki (pronounced key) which means Life Force Energy. When our daily lives become stressful it is a sign that our energies are not balanced. Reiki aims to bring our energies back into balance bringing us happiness, health and well-being.
What To Expect From A Reiki Treatment
Receiving a Reiki treatment is a very simple process. You lie on a couch and relax. There is no need to remove any clothing as Reiki will pass through anything, even plaster casts. I will gently place my hands non-intrusively on or just above your body in a sequence of positions.
How Many Reiki Treatments Will I Need?
While a one-off Reiki treatment will bring a sense of peace and calm, and may produce some short term physical benefits too, the best results come through having a course of treatments, maybe 4 to 6 sessions at weekly intervals.
How much will it cost?
A one hour treatment costs £35. If you would like to book a Reiki treatment, then please call me on 07538 062935 or click the following link to email me directly .
